All days posted in business days. Please add 'Processing Time' to the shipping estimate here for a more accurate quote as to when your order will be delivered. Actual delivery time may vary, these are only estimates and are not guaranteed by the shipping carrier. Weekends excluded.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returned Items

If an item is returned as undeliverable, buyers have the option to receive a refund or have their order reshipped. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be issued if you choose a refund or a delivery charge if you choose to have the item reshipped. The delivery charge applied will equate to the prices displayed in the above charts or $3 for those who chose Super Saver Shipping. 

Lost items

If an item is lost in transit, please reach out to USPS to file a claim. We are not responsible for items once they are shipped as it is out of our hands. If you choose 'Super Saver' shipping, please note that it is untracked and you will not be able to file a claim if it is lost. Please choose this shipping method at your own risk. We highly recommend choosing shipping methods that have tracking in case there are problems with shipment.
